I would like to thank and rate Mr Sibusiso Malupi Sales manager at Checkers Mokopane for his exceptional service he offered, I was extremely frustrated and a bit stressed but his calmness and patience put me at ease He went an extra mile to ensure I was satisfied and provided the product I needed, I left the store happy and satisfied, his apology was sincere and he provided me contacts for future reference if I come across any hiccups

The level of understanding he portrays is sincere and truthful

His service is indeed quality, positive and pleasant(I so wish Checkers could just get people like him)
