Exceptional Customer Service- Checkers Kenilworth

I’m super grateful to Nomaphelo from Checkers Kenilworth who was my cashier today :) I dropped off my license on the floor and didn’t notice it as I was in a hurry, had I not used my checkers xtra savings card she wouldn’t have been able to track me. She really went an extra mile, got my details (cell phone number) and called me to inform me that I left my license. I’m super grateful that she went an extra mile for me and for the exceptional customer service.
