Excellent servuce

Went to express till point to pay for my items.the few items I bought were a bit heavy.to my surprise a staff member by the name of Lucy(Supervisor) approached [URL Removed] a trolley out of her own willingness.packed the trolley for me.Lucy was so friendly,such a warm smile n going that extra mile just made my shopping experience so pleasant.first time ever I experienced such good service in a retail store.
