Excellent service from Lerato the Supervisor

I would really like to appreciate the Exceptional Service I got From (LERATO - the supervisor at Checkers Cresta mall branch) bought something that I mistakenly thought it was on promotion, after checking my till slip I went back to the store for refund and Lerato gave a superb service with regards to swapping the item for the right one she was so quick I really was impressed with the help I got.
