Excellent service from Kyle De Lange

I shopped at Checkers Emporium Constantia this evening and was really delighted by the wonderful service I received from the manager on duty, Kyle De Lange.

He had so much patience with me being a bit technically challenged and he assisted me through a process to get an app installed and took the time to show me how to use the service.

An attitude like his is exactly the kind we need in retail. Life is hard enough and I was stressing but he calmed me and assured me that after this eve, I won't have the challenge again.

Thank you Kyle De Lange for your excellent service. Your attitude toward your customers and staff will definitely add value to your career. More people like Kyle makes the whole experience worth the while.
