Excellent Service by J P Booysen

On 1st December 2015,my wife and I visited the above store in order to do some shopping.Whilst in the shop, we notice an elderly lady with a trolley in front of us.J P Booysen noticed that the lady is not well and asked if we could look after the lady while he is getting a wheelchair. He ran and arrived with the wheelchair.My wife being a qualified medical sister, she took her pulse. In the meantime,JP was running to get a bottle of water. I noticed that the lady had a (Blood sugar tester) and being a diabetic myself, I tested her sugar level.It was 2.1, and I could establish the cause of her dizziness and shaking.I ask JP to get us a Coke, in order to get her blood sugar up.Once again, he ran and got her a coke. He offered to take her outside to get some fresh air and ask me to please stay with her, as he had something to do, but promised that he will be back in a minute, and was back immediately.My wife located the daughter in law at a hair Stylist and we took the lady there.We went back and paid for the few items in the ladies trolley and handed it to her.She started to feel better. Although we do not know the lady, JP was the real hero. Congratulations. Customer for EVER.Johan
