Excellent Service

I want to send out a huge compliment to the sales agents, the delivery agents, and the processing staff who assisted in getting my order to me in such a timely and professional manner.

The online chat tool is amazing, I get a response immediately and I even asked wrt to out of stock items and the agents assisted me and directed me to the individuals who could assist.

I placed my order on Wed (22/04/2020) for delivery on Fri (24/04/2020)

I was informed throughout the process once my order was placed. I was informed this morning that my order was going to be delivered and an approximate time which the drivers kept too (amazing). The drivers were excellent as well, dawning their masks and gloves, ensuring my safety and theirs.

Wrt the virus I rather stay at home and purchase online, I have bought from Clicks, Woolworths and Pick n Pay and have not received such speedy service from any of those providers and I had stock missing and have had endless issues trying to return incorrect items. Kate is assisting me with my Checkers returns and has been so professional and helpful.

I am truly greatly for Checkers for implementing this process and ensuring your customers have the choice to stay safe at home and still get value for money products.
