I would like to compliment Mr Reddy and Bradley, managers at Checkers Midlands mall for their excellent service. They make my shopping experience a great one and will always shop there. They are approachable, kind-hearted, willingness to assist and very professional. They return calls promptly as well. Also to note their switchboard is also excellent as they come back and infor if the line is busy or unable to get hold of manager. Then they take a message for them to contact me and I am contacted immediately. Unlike other branches where they take long to answer and make you hold for lengthy time. I hope other switchboard operators can be efficient like Midlands mall. Mr Reddy and Bradley are excellent managers and assets to Checkers group. I will recommend people to do their shopping at Checkers Midlands mall.
