Checkers - Lorraine, Port Elizabeth certainly knows how to resolve customer concerns. Last week I had a difference of opinion with the butchery regarding an adverti*****t for meat. On returning home I contacted the Regional/ Divisional office to discuss the matter. I was listened to attentively and advised they would get back to me. A short while later I was contacted by the divisional manager. He listened and immediately intervened and resolved the issue. A short while later I was also contacted by the store manager. I was delighted with the solution. No names, no pack drill, you guys know who you were. -The people involved were really professional and extremely understanding and helpful. The outcome was more than satisfactory. You guys know who you were. 5 stars for Checkers Lorraine and their Divisional Management.. Thank you.
