excellent customer service

My sons went to exchange a toy that was problemic whilst I shopped. They were treated by a kind manager and were pleased with their new toy. When we got home.... the toy was problematic again.... I unfortunately had gotten rid of the receipt...however when I returned to Checkers again on the 5th....a second manager assisted me by exchanging the toy.... no problems even though I had no receipt<br> <br> Thank you for excellent customer service with a smile
