Re: Excellent Customer Service I would like to take this opportunity in expressing my sincere gratitude for the efforts of Ms.Charmain Joubert at Checkers Pretoria North. After an unfortunate nasty experience regarding the breakage of my Steam-Iron and the subsequent frustration I had to endure afterwards. The less than desirable attitude of the various people I dealt with actually strengthened my resolve to further pursue this matter, as far as possible, as a matter of principle. I however received a call from Ms.Charmain Joubert at Checkers Pretoria North., albeit to do damage control. She apologized for the whole debacle and assured me that he would personally remedy the situation. I’m impressed with the manner she had dealt with the matter and grateful that we could settle the matter amicably. She is certainly a real asset to the company and deserves sincere praise and commendation for his efforts. I believe that no person doing an excellent job should go unacknowledged.
