Excellent customer service

I recently emailed my complained about a couple of Fresh Food products from Checkers, Village Mall, Schoemansville, NW. With 30 minutes Mr Pieter Van Aswegen, Fresh Foods Manager responded apologising & assuring me that I would be refunded. One product returned was, in my opinion incorrectly labelled as 'Pickled Fish', which was 'Curried Fish' & extremely bitter. Not only was I double refunded for the product but was informed that it came from Checkers' own kitchen & that he would bring this to H/O attention. The store is extremely well run, with good products varieties, extremely helpful staff & very clean. Mr Van Aswegen's good & extremely friendly customer service response has ensured that I will continue to be a regular customer there.
