Excellent customer service

Had such a lovely experience with the checkers customer services. One of the range of products I buy was no longer on the shelves so I emailed them asking what had happened. Not even 8 hours later I got a call from the customer services division where they explained that with covid they cannot import them presently. They took the time to make my query important to them and actually call me instead of sending an impersonal and clinical email. Well done checkers. I’m so proud to be one of your shoppers!!
