Excellent client service experience

I bought a blow up pool on Sunday and it was unfortunately faulty. I contacted Checkers Hyper at Eden Meander in George, a friendly lady told me who I can address the email and photos to, and within minutes I received a call from Dolly. I explained my situation to her and she said that they will gladly replace the item for me and that she will see if they can assist in getting it delivered for me as well, because I wanted to do it in such a manner that I don't have to get rid of all the water. She then sent Nathan to pick up the old one and bring me the new pool, and he actually arrived while I was still busy outside. Every time I called Checkers or she called me, we both started laughing because we knew exactly who it was. Dolly and Nathan were super friendly, professional and very helpful and definitely went the extra mile for me which they did not have to do. I just want to say thank you for the best experience I've had in a long time. We need more people like yourselves in the services / retail industry, many people can learn from you. Keep up the great work, you are definitely leader material.
