Everything in my hands whilst keeping 4 year old safe and pushing pram

Every mother would know how difficult it is to do shopping with two kids, one running around and the other in the pram. Combine that with trying to also push a trolley and it is a disaster. It is much easier and quit frankly possible to tow along one of those smaller trolleys with the baskets on them. Now imagine getting through shopping and towing this heavily loaded "trolley" behind you to only be stopped at the door. You are not allowed to take the small trolley outside Checkers. Now I understand that those trolleys have a tendency to disappear but really...can't you make an exception to the rule if you see that the mother are already struggling to keep everything together. How am I supposed to carry all my bags in my hands and keep my 4 year old safe whilst pushing the pram?

Really Checkers, not everything is always clear cut, and would you rather that mothers with kids don't shop anymore?
