Every penny counts

Bought vegetables there on two different occasions and I had to throw away the tomatoes after two days of being purchased. And the second time around I bought a bag of potatoes and it seems there was a mix of old and fresh potatoes in one bag since I ended up throwing away half the bag of potatoes. Can this matter be addressed please times are tough every penny counts.
