Equivalent To *****ing! DO NOT USE App!

I'm having a nightmare with your Sixty60. I ordered groceries 5 hours ago, my payment was taken but I'm told the order is cancelled and not reflecting. Spent an unreasonable amount of time with a very arrogant call centre who told me they can refund me in 7 days. I believe thats unacceptable. I also asked if (seeing as the payment went through) that I could at least have the groceries I paid for. This was again met with no. I was cut off 2 x and no return call. no reply on emails and there is no method to contact them. Every step here is being shared on my social media as I believe people should know the ********* processes employed by Checkers here. It's shocking that you can make payment, no order is made and be unable to contact them!
