Enough is enough

We stay in a complex across from Checkers Noordheuwel in Krugersdorp. They have a generator that kicks in every time there is load shedding. The noise of the generator still bearable, but what is unbearable is the siren that goes off with the generator each time it starts.

We have spoken to the manager of the store too many times to mention and she has a complete ''I don't care' attitude. She hides it in being friendly but nothing ever gets done about the noise. The 'electrician' is always on it's way, or we should phone the management but no details are given to contact anyone.

Each time the generator starts the siren starts as well, waking up my whole family (2 toddlers and my wife). I have a video available of the noise.

The emergency number on the outside of the store takes your call to a security company who has no idea where this store is, or that it is even on their books. We have had enough, and the attitude of Checkers is shocking. 'We are doing everything we can'. Well Checkers, you definitely aren't doing anything.
