Empty promises

I went to Chekers Middelburg mall. Spoke to Frans. Asked him if i can buy my yearly food supply from them. I was promised that he will get all on my list and that i will be able to collect in two days. It is now 9 days and i still dont have it. My transport is leaving on Friday. With all the emails, whatsapp and phones calls i only got empty promises. In future i will go to some other store who values customers.
