Employee not well trained

Im Very Very disappointed by Checkers Mosselbay service.The Young male who were on Duty the 22th March 2024 lunchtime had me wait almost an half hour before he went to go Check Stock.He then came from the warehouse just to tell me they counting the milk.I then asked them how long approximately they will take as i need to purchase a couple of cases.He then send me to receiving down a couple of flight of stairs and i had to go look for the lady counting the milk.She then asked me nicely to come look and see for myself.There was not 1 case of milk in stock.She also helped me further by asking the Sales rep that just delivered but unfortunately none of that brand was delivered that was on special.If this gentleman only did his job right the 1st time i could've been on my way to the next Shop to purchase milk.Please train your staff properly as its not the clients duty to go and search for products in the store room.A big thanx to the lady that assisted me in the warehouse.
