Employee grabbed my phone

Checkers Southdale: I have a complaint regarding the express till wich should only allow 10 items. People were standing there with full trolleys. I asked the employee if he knows what express till means. He answered me "WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT". I took my phone out, took a picture of him to report him. He grabbed my phone and I had to wrestle it from him. I then tried to report this to the manager who identified herself as Rika. She was not interested to hear my complaint. If this is how you treat your clients, I will have to take my bussiness elsewhere.
