Embarrassment with bad customer service delivery

today i was most embarrassed when after realising that Chekers had wrongfully advertised the price of thier C***** 2L milk, it was brought to the attention of t he manager (Alexander) who instead of apologising for the error, or reducing the price as per their policy, instead he decided to switch the price labels and there for making me seem like such a fool in front of so many customers, and also causing my grand father to wait an extended period of time on his injured leg waiting for this issue to be resolved.
