Elderly are treated with hostility

I am extremely disappointed at how you treat the elderly, in over 30yrs, shopping at Shoprite Checkers and growing up seeing the numerous changes in your Mitchell's Plain store, I have never seen any of your employees disrespect the elderly and to disrespect my mother by shouting at her as if she is a child. Not to mention the look of disgust on your Branch Managers face at my mother when my mother lodged a complaint in his office. What kind of customer service is this that you are providing, this should not be tolerated at any business from employees at elderly. I am truly disappointed that you would hire people who do not have the skillset to address customers with respect and I should know because I work in customer service.
