If I could give you 0 stars I would because this service is pathetic. I ordered my groceries just after 1.30pm and it hasn't even been packed for delivery and it's 17.12pm now. My husband spoke to some idiot that told him that there are only 4 orders before us and that was at 15.30pm. All this airtime I'm using to call and for nothing because I'm being **** to. I then called again at 16.45 because I'm worried about the stuff getting to me, my 1 year olds food is in the groceries and thank God I spoke to someone who had sense didn't get her name but she made me hold on for like 20 minutes calling operations, the store everybody trying to get me my stuff so my baby would have something to eat today. Extremely disappointed. They did this to me last month aswell and I got my stuff the next day. This is really sad that we have a country where people don't have jobs yet a massive company wouldn't hire more people to lighten the load so that everyone is happy. I will never trust u guys again
