What a frustrating and utterly ********* place. Feline Cuisine sachets, 12 pack, on the shelf, marked and priced, R129,99. Took two boxes. Got to the till, does not scan. Manager comes, “We don’t sell it in the box. The price on the shelf is wrong”. Is this how you get to become so big? Deliberately pricing things and “ advertising “ it and then want the customers to pay per individual unit and not the box as priced. It was evident that they had no interest in resolving the matter, just a, don’t care attitude. Unacceptable. (Please don’t try to phone me to explain or apologise, not interested, you are wrong.
