EasyPay Useless Service Provider to Checkers

How is it that Shoprite Checkers has EasyPay as a service provider for buying and loading prepaid airtime for MTN when there is always an issue! Twice have loaded R40 airtime only to be told the Pin is invalid. Been to Checkers. They refer me to MTN. MTN refers me to call EasyPay. EasyPay says go back to Checkers. How many poor, uneducated folks are getting ********** by this ****! Shocking to say the least.
