Easiest, quickest and cheapest online grocery delivery

Love the user friendly app. Keeps you updated all the way. The courier did not struggle to find the address. Extremely friendly driver. Even helped me to carry all my groceries to my car. (Thank you!)

The only thing that is off-putting, is the fact that they reserve an additional 15% for extra expenses?? (I chose the option of not substituting any product, rather removing it if it is not available, therefore, there will not be extra expenses).
