Drunk checkers driver

Checkers can you please check your driver coz I've ordered food with you coz I trust your service only to get food that is damaged because of your driver is drunk....now I tried to claim but nothing your driver Reg (LF35CLGP) please we can't tolerate drunk drivers damaging our food
