dropped and dragged

it was my husband's birthday earlier this month and I ordered a bar one chocolate cake from Checkers, this was ordered on the 60 60 app. the cake looked beautiful on the app, therefore, I purchased it, upon arrival I did not know whether to laugh or cry as it looked like the cake was dropped and dragged on the way to my property.

due to the state of the cake, I was too embarrassed to put it out which was really disappointing cause who has a birthday without a cake.

regardless of the price of the cake, something that looks like that and also tastes like that should not have been allowed to leave the store.

I'm sure if I had gone into the store that cake would not have been on the shelf because of the state that it was it.

I cut the cake the next day but it was as dry as a desert and crumbled when I cut into it, I ended up having to discard it because it just became a huge mess.

checkers in one of the few shops that I enjoy going to, but this has completely changed my perspective on them, I feel especially when it comes to 60 60 orders that the items should be selected carefully and checked that it is up to standard cause I'm sure that person doing the shop would have never chosen what I got for their family.
