Drivers aweful

Checkers 360, placed my order on Saturday to be delivered to my house. I track the driver to see how far he is, and see he is going to my work. I send him a message and tell him he is going to the wrong place. He has the audacity to tell me to come fetch my things, as he cant drive up and down. If I had a vehicle, I would have gone to Checkers myself. He then send me a message showing the address, (My home), and I circle the address for him. He put his phone off. So I phoned the customer care number to lay a complaint. They tell me that the order will be cancelled and the money refunded to my app to use for next time. They tell me to re-order. I decided not to, but what gets me very wind-up, they don't refund me the full amount. They deducted the delivery fee. So now I am liable for those costs, but they were in the wrong. They need better educated drivers. Unacceptable. Won't be using them in a hurry again.
