Driver gone AWOL!

Customer App Enquiry: Order ***3 On 21 March 2022, we ordered groceries on this app. We waited for the driver outside at the gate. Our order was apparently cancelled because the driver could not get hold of us. I contacted the call centre and spoke to Vuyo and explained to him that we waited outside for the delivery and there was no missed call on my phone from the driver.

The delivery was returned and they said I had to order again they could not return. The amount for the order was credited from my account but I was charged a delivery fee!

This is unacceptable, I want that delivery fee to be refunded. Checkers driver went AWOL and now they want to charge me!
