Double Payment

I am really disappointed in the lack of service from Checkers. I bought a few articles to the value of R353.25 The cashier told me the money didn't go through. She wouldn't let me leave until I paid her. Which I just did as money went out of my account. She told me I had to go draw cash or I couldn't take my goods. Which I had to do. She insisted that the money would be returned to my account immediately as this happens all the time. This was Friday 11/09/15. She also said I must come back into the store to claim my money. I have been back to the store every day since Monday:<br> *back to Checkers- Monday: Checkers Cashier forced me to go get a bank statement from FNB as the cashier wouldn't help me without it. <br> *back to Checkers -Tuesday: Checkers Manager tells me bank statement was,nt needed. They then said they can check on computer. They found nothing and told me to go back to the bank.<br> *back to CHeckers- Wednesday: the bank tells me that Checkers has reserved the money and there is nothing the bank can do because Checkers must wrap up there banking. <br> * back to Checkers -Thursday: I went in with my card number, slip and bank statement.
