Double charged

I went to Checkers in Glen Fair, Lynnwood on Friday the 18th of February 2022 to buy lunch and few snacks, I was shocked that the amount was high but I thought to myself argh food is expensive. When I got home I went through my receipt and found out that I was charged twice for a packet of Doritos chips which costs R22.90 so I called them to explain that because I stay far from the Center and I understand mistakes happens however I was not happy by the way the ladies spoke to me on the phone, one of them said her name is Nerry, I am not 100% sure of the spelling, those two ladies were rude, very rude and they should not be placed to work with people and I strongly believe that they were that disrespectful to me because I am black. I personally am very tired of being taken for granted as a Customer because of my colour and most retail stores people do that. I want those ladies dealt with so that next time they can learn how to speak to people.
