Don't use Checkers sixty60

I placed an order on Sixty60, did the payment, it gave the error - Bank authorisation not received. I paid again, still got the same error. I went to the bank, the amount was deducted from my credit card.

I then tried to go back in and the app said orders were closed.

I logged in this morning, there are no orders under my login. I sent a mail last night, still no response, I tried to phone, can't get through and I still don't have groceries or the money back.

Whatever you do, don't use that app, I am now out my week's budget for groceries and lots of airtime and no reply, not even a little. In the deduction it doesn't even give an order number.

What a disgrace, I would be ashamed.
