Don't care a dam attitude

I have been shopping at this checkers for the last 4 years and the service has gone from bad to worse , it's iether things have expired, or they dont have stock, or the lines are so long that you have to wait for ever to pay whilst the staff talk between themselves and managers are know where to be seen. I have complained about the bakery staff not wearing gloves a few times , on one particular day a staff member was filling cakes with cream then rubs her hand against the wall and then just carries on, today I just had enough I get to till and a manager has to void one of my items and it takes her forever to come to the till , and not even the packer moved to go call her, when that was over then they could not give me my slip as the machine didn't print it correctly, when all that was done I had to get home only to find that they had not packed all the items in my packets because the packer was more interested in asking the cashier for her jersey, when I went back to speak to the manager his phone things and he sends me to get my things off the shelf when I go back to him he just shows me a sign that it's fine, gosh I could have ****** more stuff and he would be non the wiser!!!
