Dololo Customer Service

<p>Went to Checkers in Northgate Centre to collect tickets. 3 X ladies could be seen behind the counter, 1 X attending to another customer, 1 X iddle and the 3rd filing receipts. I stood for a minute or 2 while they chat. when the one busy with filing was done she looked me in the eyes and said nothing. I starred back, after a long pause she said can I help? I demanded customer service and courteous nothing more nothing less, to which she just ignored me and that's when I lost my temper. Needless to say that didnt move her a bit and eventually I left threating to report the matter to which she couldnt be bottered or concerned. What ever happended to customer service, do anyone ever bother training staff about courteous service anymore? just expected someone to greet me and offer me their services, maybe I could come back next time, nothing more nothing less. Is that too much to ask? Good Luck Mr Checkers I hope future looks brighter without me as your customer because next time I am not coming back, sad part is that I live around the corner and you were a convenient store for me.</p>
