DO WE REALLY EVEN CARE?

Went to Checkers The Reef earlier this week to buy some "specials". Couldn't find 3 of the things i wanted. Couldn't find anyone on the floor to assist me and the lady at the till was not helpful either. Anyway I got home and unpacked the few items I had purchased and at the bottom of the bag was my till slip which I fleeting glanced at and to my utter disbelief (not sure why) I had been charged for 2 x 2L bottles of Douglasdale milk. I decided to call the store and Ayanda answered who said she was one of the managers. I firstly asked her why there are certain special not available. She asked me which ones so I told her - she didn't even know what Coke "less sugar" was! After explaining she promptly advised that the Coke truck had not delivered for a few days - offered no explanation for the other items not being available and no apology for the extra bottle of milk charged. She did say that as the specials run till Sunday I "should come back tomorrow or the day after". Needless to say - I would rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
