Terrible, the worst service ever!!!

Don’t be fooled by this suppose to be well known an established company. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Your staff are the worst!! They need proper training. They just disregard you as a client. I’ve tried all socials as well to get assistance with my issue. Even called head office. They just openly ignore my messages, even after they said they’ll attend to it. Now it’s just left on read.

Never ever will I enter this shop again!!! I will never recommend it either!!!

Never think one person can’t make a difference. By the looks of it, this is a frequent thing. I hope it catches up an hits the company where it hurts as it did me for all my troubles.
