Appalling service from Checkers

Sunday 10.03.2024 it was my daughters second birthday.

As a single mom of three i could not give an entire birthday part for my daughter but wanted her to feel special on her day so decided to order her a cake so my neighbors could just come and sing for her .

i placed the 1st order past 8 , the order was only confirmed after 10 and was then later cancelled due to no stock .

i tried again after 10 and after 11 again no stock

then finally after 11 i place the Third order and when it arrives past 2 it has been bumped on the sides - this was a bunny cake so it looked terrible.

i contacted checkers about the order , they asked me for pictures and never rep****
