Disservice from Checkers60

I bought my groceries on Checkers60 app as I do monthly, they has a special for Babysoft toilet tissue 9’s where you bought 2 and got one free. Only two were delivered but on their invoice it reflected that 3 packets where delivered. I immediately sent an email regarding this and I was given a stepwise way of logging the query on the App then I would be refunded for the packet I didn’t get and the money will reflect in my profile/account within 3hours. To this day nothing has happened and my emails now go unanswered. The order was placed on the 15/02/2022 and the query raised a day later.

This is not so much about the money but the principle. If I was R70 short at this store, I was never going to be given a packet of tissue now why should I let them get away with the same amount plus it’s not the first time I was promised an account refund by this store and never got it.
