Wne to Checkers Hyper Galleria to check for Christmas gifts for the kids and found a real good deal 3x Fast and Furious Die Cast cars fro R249.99 on extra savings.Spent almost 30mins deciding of which 3 to take then another 20 in less 10items que only to get to the till points and was charged R99.99 on each car.Calledfor the manager Tayseer who then asked us to wait by the till points and then he took a walk to the ile to check the price.As usual the in correct price was removed from the shelf and now the customer becomes the ****.The experience was total embracing as people stare at you as if you at fault.Checkers it not about the price it's about honoring customers.I then drove further up to the Seadone Checkers and found the exact same cars for the same price. No questions asked the price was honored and the kids received what they wanted.Its not the customers fault if Checkers staff are not doing their job and managers should consider these things as I'm 1 customer image if 10 customers had the same issue.
