Dissatisfied Customer

My fiance bought a Mist Stand Fan with remote control on the 28th of September 2021 However now it's in pieces..by just increasing the speed everything literally fall apart...the brand name is Platinum and it's so disappointing that we had to pay so much money only to find that it wouldn't even last a month!!!As a regular shopper at the Festival Mall branch I was expecting quality and value for money but this time they truly failed us!!!
