Dissapointed customer

I went to checkers menlyn and made an order at the party shop....I was assisted by Rachel Mokwana. I drove back to the store the following day only to realize that my order was not made at all. Had to wait there yet again for my order to be attended. No regard for customer service at all. Waste of my time and traveling costs. I would not recommend
