disrespectful staff

so I went to the centurion mall checkers yesterday to buy a few things just before closing time and I spent less than 20 minutes in the store and in that time I was told about four times by different employees that the store is closing I need to hurry up and I was followed in each isle by the security guard telling me to leave the store , in the rush I took the incorrect items and requested an exchange or a refund and the cashier refused , went to another lady who did not even greet and ignored me when I greeted her and I apologized for making the mistake and she paused for a few seconds and rudely told me she needed to pee! upon leaving the security at the door mumbled something in another language and told me to go! Checkers! please stop treating customers this way its disgusting ! we all have stayed an extra 5 minutes after working hours
