Disrespectful employee

Today my husband was insulted by a Teller (at the The Sandown Crossing, Parklands in Cape Town- WCP/039083) all because he asked her to pack his grocery items properly but he was met with an ***********, disrespectful and unprofessional Checkers employee. She went as far as saying **** YOU to my husband and he took out his phone to record her. SHE HAPPILY OBLOGED AND ASKED HIM TO TAKE A VIDEO AND EVEN SHOW HIM, HER BADGE. This is not the 1st time something like this has happened at this Checkers Hyper and the disrespect is always displayed to black customers and never white customers. Her fellow colleague scolded her and said why is it that you only do this to Black customers, you would not dare say this to a white customer.

The rude and disrespectful teller is Aviwe Mqamkana, please check my Checkers card to check how often I make purchases at Checkers and how much money I spend at your establishment (Card number: ***) .

I have the video as I know nothing will happen unless you post it on social media or it's on a news channel.

An apology from Checkers is not sufficient in this case, I want a face to face apology from the staff member as she needs to learn customer service and customer etiquette.
