Disrespectful employee

Yesterday I sent a complaint through to Checkers customer care regarding an employee named Marelise who were disrespectful towards me at the N1 City branch, customer care ticket ***. Today a lady from head office called to say Checkers N1 City do not have an employee by that name and they tried to contact me. No one called on the number I gave in my complaint except the lady from head office. I don't care if the rude employee gave a false name. The store has cameras they can check. If Checkers N1 City management do not contact me then I will be taking this complaint further.
