Disrespectful Cashier

I went to CHECKERS CAPE GATE MALL yesterday afternoon, being in the rush that I was I went to the express tills. When I got to the cashier she immediately advised that I more than 10 items and mind you these items are small so I had extra 6 items to be exact. The cashiers name is Brenda, she then gave me attitude telling me she is not going to assist me because it says only 10 items I need to go all the back back into the store to another cashier. I advised cashier she would need to assist me as I'm still purchasing from checker either way, she gave me so much attitude... she had all time to go away to get a controller by the name FELICIA GUNGQWA to come an scan my items as she blantly refused to scan my stuff and said that she will show me she will not do it.This cashier was also tell the controller that I did not say SORRY to her, I'm very confused as I have not committed any sort of crime, all I wanted was to pay for my items but the level of disrespect I recieved was pathetic. This lady should not be dealing with clients at all I'm a regular shoppers @Checkers Cape gate, this is by far the worst service an embarrassing as other customer also witnessed the disrespect from this cashier BRENDA.
