Disrespectful Cashier

<p>I went to do weekly grocery shopping at Checkers Bryan Park. I stood in the queue whilst waiting for Unice to finish up with her current customer. Her till was on the peanut butter aisle. I had my groceries stacked on her till to show im ready to pay those. I steped out to get peanut butter and still VERY VISIBLE from her till. She had the audacity to chove my groceries back and requested another customer to come through. I got there before he even had a chance and I found myself having to wait for that. I disputed this with her and she was so rude and so cheeky. I then requested the manager to come. Terrence came through and I requested we deal with the matter immediately. This did not happen and I had to walk to the managers desk again and request that we deal with this matter immediately. He then told me she needs to finish up with her queue. He promised the sales manager Mervyn would call me which as expected did not happen!</p> <p>I need Unice to call me and apologise for her cheeky behaviour. Terrence to explain why he **** to me and feedback on what training Unice will be taken to to improve her behaviour. In our areas there is obviously a lot of places a person has an option to go to and which is why we always opt to go to Woolies and PnP purely for service. Checkers I purely went because my kids collect those grocery minis.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
