Disrespectful behavior

Yesterday i went to Checkers Lephalale Mall to collect money from money market . when i get there, they where closing and i realized that i forgot my ID. i tried to explain to the lady ( Machene Mabokela) who was helping me that i forgot my ID and i really need that money and she said no, she need my ID . i said to her if i go back home to fetch my ID, it will be late because the shop is closing now. i asked her to call the Manager maybe He/she will understand and the manger was around by that time her name is Khensani Khumalo . I explain the situation to her and she instructed Machene Mabokela to help me, but Machene still refuse to help . i ask the manager if it is possible to ask someone with ID to help me she said yes, luckily i saw one of my friend inside the shop and he was having ID with him, i gave him the Pin and the voucher number and still Machene refused to help us in frond of her Manager and the Manager did nothing about it. Me and my friend we started to beg them to help us but still .I ask her Manager whats wrong with this girl , Manager just laughed at me.
