Disrespectful behavior

Good day <br> I stay in Pretoria and over the Easter weekend i traveled to Kimberley and went to checkers liquer at new park shopping complex at my arrival i found a male employer as i enter the store holding a mop and busy chatting on his cellphone i asked him for a 24 pack of Heineken and he said i must go get it myself from the fridge,which i did and on my way to the till the case of beer fall from my hands to the floor as a result of that some beers broke.<br> The manager was called by the name Carlos Consales and he asked me what had happened and i explained to him what happened from the moment i worked in the store ,and he was not interested in reprimanding the employee who was not prepared to assist me when i had asked for help rather i beer for the damaged goods which i refused,as all this would have been avoided should an employee of checkers done what he is suppose to do by assisting customers.<br> This employee refused to provide me with his name since he didn't have a name tag on,and he started insulting me on a lower tone saying we will meet and ill see what he will do to me,then i approached him to say he must repeat what he just said cause i was about to give him a big slap in
